More than a place to shop

THE Galleries Shopping centre in Washington has a great range of more than 200 stores including; Dorothy Perkins, New look, Select, JJB Sports, Thorntons, Boots, Clarks, Bon Marche and Barratts. In addition, there is also a selection of smaller stalls situated throughout the malls.

Eating out

Enjoy a well-earned break from shopping and sample one of the many mouth-watering eateries. The Galleries offers something for everyone from McDonalds, Subway, or Greggs to cafes at Sainsbury’s, Asda, Gillies and Donut Magic.

Leisure

Not just a shopping centre, the Galleries is also Washington Town Centre and has a number of leisure attractions nearby.

Once you’ve shopped till you’ve dropped, why not take advantage of the leisure complex which is home to Gala Bingo and AMF Bowling.

There is even a swimming pool and fitness club at Washington Leisure centre, all within easy walking distance from the Galleries Shopping Centre.

Getting there

Traveling by public transport couldn’t be easier, 1,100 buses travel through the Galleries every day and for those traveling by car there are thousands of free customer car parking spaces.
