DONCASTERS Paralloy in Teesside is celebrating after Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) confirmed the site has been awarded its third management system standard.
The awards are indicative of the site’s commitment to excellence and its market-leading position as a manufacturer of components for the petrochemical industry.
The site on Cowpen Industrial Estate, Billingham, has held ISO 9001 (internal quality management) certification for a number of years and was awarded the OHSAS 18001, relating to health and safety, a year ago.
The third award, ISO 14001 certification, completes the set and recognises Doncasters Paralloy’s commitment to the environment.
Eric Lewis, chief executive of Doncasters Group, said: “The certifications are a reflection of the hard work that has been put in by all Doncasters Paralloy staff to maintain high standards at the site.”
