MANUFACTURERS’ association EEF has appointed Alan Hall as director of its Northern, Yorkshire & Humberside and Sheffield Associations.

Alan has been director of EEF’s Northern Association since 2001 and previously held the position of deputy director at EEF Northern.

HOMES and Finance in Yarm has boosted its financial team with a double appointment.

David Holt, above left, from Ingleby Barwick joins as a financial advisor, having worked for a number of estate agencies in the North-east. Meanwhile Dawn Blackett, above right, has been appointed as PA to the financial team and has worked in finance and customer services for over eighteen years.

HEAD chef Fergus Robertson and leisure club manager Sarah Cockerill have returned to the Parkmore Hotel in Eaglescliffe.

Fergus, who lives in Ingleby Barwick, was executive head chef at the hotel from 1998 to 2004 while Sarah, who lives in Billingham, worked in the hotel’s leisure club between 1997 and 2000.

THE Stockton-on-Tees office of international project management and cost consultants, Faithful+Gould has promoted Lee Goult, left, to regional director and Jonathan Wilson, right, to associate director.

In his new post, Lee will be responsible for business development in the industrial sector, while Jonathan Wilson will provide advice on Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) and Public Private Partnerships (PPP).

STOCKTON law firm Jacksons has expanded its commercial practice with the appointment of five new fee earners.

Alison Brown, Inderjit Gill and Marta Studholme are all based in the firm's commercial litigation team, while Lesley Davies and Nicola Howarth have joined the commercial property team. Also pictured is Colin Walsh, who works in the corporate/ commercial department.
