PROPERTY firm George F White has appointed Stephanie Linnell as a planning consultant in its planning and development team.
Linnell will be based in the main office in Alnwick where she will work with Richard Garland and his team, providing specialist planning advice to clients with a focus on maximising value.
Richard Garland, who heads the Northumberland planning and development team, said: “Stephanie’s recruitment comes as a direct result of a continued increase in our specialist planning work.
“She brings a particularly high level of credibility as a result of her professional involvement in planning in Northumberland for over 20 years.
“Her expertise in forward planning is particularly interesting at a time when new plans are being made across the country and adds a definite strength to the team.”
Linnell, who joins the team from Northumberland County Council has a BSc (Hons) in geography, a post-graduate diploma in town planning and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
