THERE are three new faces at the helm of Teesside public relations and marketing firm DTW after a management buy-out.
Existing company directors Chris Taylor, Lorna McAteer-Bingham and Hayley Stewart have become shareholders in the Guisborough agency.
As part of the deal DTW co-founder and former shareholder Robin Treacher has left the company, though he will continue to work with DTW on a number of existing clients and special projects. He remains a shareholder and director of DTW’s sister agency Quantum PR, formerly DTW Vavasour.
Kent- based Quantum PR was founded in 2006 when Charlie Vavasour and Robin Treacher formed the new company to take over what was then DTW’s southern office. Fellow DTW co-founder, Pete Whelan, remains as a shareholder and managing director of DTW.
The agency, which has 16 employees and was set up in 1989, provides PR, marketing, digital media and design services to clients across the UK. It also has a network of over 20 associates working on special projects.
