Gateshead firm wins Local Building Excellence Award

A GATESHEAD developer has landed the Local Building Excellence Award 2009 for a project in Houghton le Spring.
Spring Oak Developments won the accolade for its project, The Close on Gillas Lane East.
The award has been welcomed as a major milestone for the firm which was set up two years ago by three friends who met while working in the construction industry.
