Newton Aycliffe shower company achieves global recognition

SHOWER designer and manufacturer Roman, based at Newton Aycliffe, has achieved the internationally recognised Environmental Management Award ISO 14001.

This independent assessment was conducted by the British Accreditation Bureau a leading Certification Body and demonstrates Roman’s commitment to environmental awareness and sustainability.

Managing director David Osborne said "We are particularly pleased to have achieved the ISO14001 certification as it underlines our commitment to our customers concerns and our understanding of sustainability in every sense.

"There are very few shower manufacturers that hold this type of certification and we hope that we continue to set new standards for the showering industry by encouraging others to monitor their impact on the environment."
