Marketing group wins awards

TWO specialists at a North East marketing firm have scooped a Royal Mail award for their expertise in direct mail campaigns.

Gillian Lyall and Steve Harrison of NB GROUP, based in the Team Valley, Gateshead, successfully completed the Royal Mail Mailing House Scheme exam, an initiative designed to improve the standard and efficiency of direct mail campaigns delivered through Royal Mail.

It means NB GROUP is now accredited by Royal Mail for the high quality advice it offers clients using Direct Mail to advertise their products and services to customers.  They are one of 165 mailing houses out of 700 around the country to succeed in attaining the accreditation.

Gillian, Communications Solutions Director at NB GROUP, said: “It was very satisfying to win this award because it puts us in a bracket above most other Direct Mail firms. Our clients can now be assured that the advice we give and the campaigns we devise will be of the very highest calibre.”
