CONSULTANCY Macnaughton McGregor has won a second Investors In People (IIP) award in recognition of its staff development.

The Gosforth training company, which employs six people and has clients including the DVLA, Greggs and Caterpillar, was awarded its first IIP status in 2005.

The latest award recognises its strengths in strategic planning, leadership and management.
