RMT rewards loyal staff

NORTH East accountants and business advisor RMT has presented 14 employees with long service awards.

John Richards, managing partner at RMT, presented the awards to the team members, with ten receiving the accolade for a decade of service - working for a century at the firm between them. A further four employees were recognised for more than 15 years at RMT.

David Fish, 28, is a corporate finance executive at RMT and received an award for ten years of service.

He said: "I joined the team straight from school, training as a qualified chartered accountant. RMT is an excellent place to work, providing employees with the opportunity to develop to the best of their ability through study. I now work in the corporate finance department and am pleased to have been able to progress with the firm over the past ten years."

John Richards, managing partner at RMT, said: "RMT has a number of loyal and long serving employees who are committed to their work and we wanted to formally thank each of them for helping to make RMT the success it is today.

"The 14 members of staff have a total of over 160 years of service between them and we are delighted that they have been such valuable members of our team over the years.

"RMT places a strong emphasis on the development of our employees and we are committed to the professional development of our trainees. We have seen these 14 individuals grow and develop over the years and look forward to having them here as part of the team for many more years to come."
