Glazing firm recognised nationally

A DOUBLE glazing firm has reached the final stages of a national awards scheme.

Gateshead's Donwood Double Glazing reached the last 10 contenders in the small to medium business category in the National Business Awards Regional Programme.

The company's managing director Andrew Donnelly said: "We felt the recognition was well deserved. It was really good to get to the last 10 in the competition in such testing economic times."
