Car dealership voted number one

NORTH East car dealer Hodgson Toyota has been awarded first place in a UK wide customer satisfaction survey.

The award, which is contested by all 182 Toyota dealerships nationwide, involves submitting questionnaires to every customer taking the Toyota Finance package.

Customers are asked to rate their experience and the information supplied, ensuring top levels of service are maintained and the finance deals are sold responsibly.

David Lowes, centre principal at Hodgson Toyota said, "Customer service is at the heart of the business so to win an award which recognises our efforts in this area is particularly satisfying. There is a big responsibility on our sales team to ensure that clients who take out the finance package do so with all the right information to hand and explained clearly.
