Durham Convention launched

DURHAM Business School hosted a trio of high-profile speakers at its first Durham Convention.

Sahar Hashemi, co-founder of Coffee Republic, Alan Wilkinson Chambers MBE and Lesley Everett, international authority on ‘Personal Branding’ visited Durham last week to speak at the event.

Attended by an audience of over 90 people, the event had been planned with several key groups in mind, including regional businesses and the Business School’s alumni.

It also provided the postgraduate students with a valuable networking opportunity and formed part of their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme.
