COUNTY Durham accountants Harlands is celebrating an awards win by offering a free business health-check to any North East business.
The company was recognised by the Nigel Wright North East Accountancy Awards as Independent Firm of the Year last week at a ceremony at the Newcastle Marriott Hotel, Gosforth Park.
Receiving the award from former BBC Look North presenter Wendy Gibson, Harlands senior accountancy partner Glyn Davison said, "It means so much to take the title of Independent Firm of the Year, we were up against some serious competition."
