New scheme for entrepreneurs

THE Wilton Centre has launched a new schemed to help people starting out in business.

From July 1 the centre is offering a shared workspace package that has been specially designed to help people starting out in business.

Businesses will be able to rent a dedicated area equipped with a desk, chair, filing cabinet, telephone and internet access within a shared room occupied by like-minded people.

Accommodation manager, Steve Duffield, said that the aim was to help businesses looking for a start-up base in that will enable them to operate as professionally as possible from the word go.

“The current climate is challenging enough for anybody starting a business without them having to worry about finding decent premises to work from,” he added.

The Wilton Centre is a leading location for innovation and technology. In addition to a full range of laboratory and pilot plant accommodation the centre offers a wide array of high quality office space.

Set in a 75-acre landscaped park, it is currently home to more than 40 companies.
