INTRODUCTIONS agency Coco Moon is expanding into Teesside.

A six-figure injection of finance, from Rivers Capital, is supporting the introduction of new technology to make the business scalable; the recruitment of additional staff to allow the business to work with a broader audience and the expansion of Coco Moon’s services across a bigger geographical reach.

The expansion initially will increase Coco Moon’s workforce by eight with more jobs expected to be generated in the coming months.

Managing director Sharon Kell said: “We have established a strong client base regarding the market in the North of the North-east region.

“Now our reputation has travelled further afield and in recent months potential clients from the Teesside area have been contacting the company about becoming a member.

“As a result, Coco Moon feels the time is right to expand into Teesside due to the evidence that there is a gap in the market for our bespoke introduction service in this area. “
