A CULINARY couple are injecting a taste of the continent into Teesside.

Rachel Stark and partner Barry Myers have started their own touring crepe van - Street Wrap.

Their creations may be inspired by the crepe craze in France.

But the couple will also be offering a taste of Mexico, Italy, and Greece.

“We do both sweet and savoury,” Rachel 35, from Middlesbrough, said.

“The savoury ones include Italian, Mexican, British Breakfast and Greek.

“My favourite is the Mexican which has paprika chicken, jalapenos, rocket, and sour cream.

“The British Breakfast is the most popular so far - it’s egg, ham, and cheese.”

Rachel previously ran photography company Stark Reality but wound things up earlier this year after struggling against the economic climate.

She and partner Barry had split in the past but are now looking forward to a new future together.

“We are both really excited about it,” Rachel said.
