We have two funds under management, both supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and ONE North East:

* The £12m Proof of Concept Fund is targeted at the pre-seed stage of investment, supporting entrepreneurs with up to £90,000.

* The £30m Co-Investment Fund will invest between £100k to £500k in early stage equity deals alongside private sector co-investors, including business angels, corporates and other venture capital funds across the UK and abroad.

Over the past 5 years we have invested over £11.5 million in 186 Proof of Concept projects and £24m in 35 venture capital deals, creating more than £63 million in follow-on investment in the region.
