BRADLEY Hall's success in the small business premises sector saw continued growth in the fourth quarter of 2011 as the firm completed deals in retail, office and industrial sectors.
Tim Aisbitt, commercial surveyor based in Bradley Hall’s Gosforth office, said: “I was very pleased with the level of activity we saw in the last quarter of 2011 and I feel encouraged by the number of new enquiries from both existing and start-up businesses. We have also seen a definite upturn in activity from more established businesses, making strategic expansion decisions into satellite locations.
“I feel that much of this activity, particularly from start-up companies is as a direct result of lease term incentives being offered by many landlords and a flexible approach to requirements.”
Bradley Hall owe a level of their success to a pro-active approach to the property marketing and assessment taking into consideration many influencing factors including changes in retail habits and the ongoing impact technology is having upon commerce.
Tim confirmed that Bradley Hall have seen a promising start to 2012. “I am pleased with the confident start we have seen this year as I have been able to close a number of deals on properties viewed towards the end of 2011,” he said. “I am continuing to see positive levels of activity for properties in both secondary and neighbourhood locations and am encouraged by the number of deals we have in the hands of solicitors. I know this is no time for complacency as the market remains challenging and will do so for some time to come.

As a show of Bradley Hall’s multi disciplined success, it has recently opened a new office on Grey street in Newcastle city centre. This branch also handles both residential and commercial property complimenting the established Gosforth Office.
This office was opened in mid 2011 on the back of the company’s continued successes. Neil Hart, who is the director of Bradley Hall commented: “We felt that it was the right time to expand our operations north of the Tyne and have been delighted with the levels of activity to date.
