Work-based and practical, NECC Apprenticeships provide staff with the opportunity to gain skills and experience directly relevant to their own company without disrupting vital business operations.
Assessment is all work-based and practical, so in most cases employees will not have to sit any exams or tests and can start contributing towards businesses' needs straight away.
An NECC Apprenticeship can last from one to five years and leads to a respected national qualification. They are available across a wide range of industry sectors including: business administration; accountancy; engineering; construction; customer service; warehousing, and more.
NECC also operates a Training Recruitment Service which is designed to provide a match making recruitment service between employers and apprentices.
As NECC is funded by the Skills Funding Agency, it is free of charge and specialises in the selection of young apprentices who are perfectly matched to suit the business’s needs.
With over 700 motivated young people seeking jobs in roles across all industries, NECC handles the application process before a specialist team of highly motivated and proactive recruitment advisers interview and assess each individual to ensure they meet the competencies required and are fully prepared for interviews.
NECC also arranges for CVs to be sent to employers before organising interviews at the employers’ convenience.
Once a suitable individual has been selected, NECC can provide a comprehensive on and off the job training in a range of professions including customer services, engineering, accountancy, dentistry, retail and many more.
