A passion for success
MOUCHEL’S pensions team in Middlesbrough has secured a three-year extension to its contract with Cleveland Police Authority.
The team has been providing pensions administration and pensioner payroll services for the authority for the last 12 years.
The extension runs from April, 2009 for three years. Mouchel provides pensions administration for more than 3,500 active and retired police officers and other staff.
“This contract extension is testament to the hard work of our pensions team,” said pensions business development manager Natalie Bevan.
“The high standard of customer service they provide to Cleveland Police Authority played a major part in the renewal process.”
Head of corporate finance, Michael Porter, revealed why Cleveland Police chose to continue with Mouchel.
“The pensions administration service Mouchel provide to us has always been of the highest quality. It is extremely good value for money and they have always delivered when they said they would.
“Our teams work together to provide a great service to our police officers and pensioners.”
This marks further progress in Mouchel’s wider growth strategy in the blue-light sector and follows on from earlier successes with Cheshire Constabulary, Cheshire Fire and Rescue, Cleveland Fire Brigade, Lincolnshire, Merseyside and Thames Valley Police.
