Firm builds its reputation on personal injury cases

BROWELL Smith has expanded significantly and gained a similar reputation in a variety of areas including clinical negligence, employment law, family law, wills, trusts and probate, conveyancing and remortgaging, community care and welfare benefits.
Senior partner Philip Browell explained: “The firm was established with the intention of providing high-quality legal services to the trade unions, its members and local communities.
“We have built our reputation pursuing a wide range of personal injury claims, including both work and non-work-related incidents, road traffic accidents and occupational diseases.

Based in Newcastle, Browell Smith and co has eight other offices throughout the Northern region and the UK, namely Forest Hall, Ashington, Annitsford, South Shields, Sunderland, Durham, Stoke-on-Trent and the new office just recently opened in Stockton.

The firm’s personal injury department, under the guidance of partners Brian Freeman, Philip Davison and Kate Virica, accommodates an ever-increasing volume of new instructions.
