Under the stewardship of Richard Clarke, Berrymans Lace Mawer LLP’s Stockton presence continues to expand, with recent work including acting for Corus in relation to an employee struck by line electrics.

Crutes Law Firm’s public sector client base has ensured a steady flow of instructions; recent highlights include representing North Tyneside Council in the defence of eight separate asbestos prosecutions, successfully limiting the fines and retaining magistrates’ court jurisdiction. Rod Searl heads the practice.
