The team, led by Frank Orr, advised Kingston upon Hull City Council on planning and compulsory purchase matters relating to housing market renewal schemes and a new academy.
Neil Robson’s planning team at Ward Hadaway acts for clients across a range of sectors, including Northumbrian Water, the Duke of Northumberland and Persimmon Homes, thanks in no small part to the expertise of Robin Atkin. The firm acted for Durham County Council on a section 106 agreement relating to a large energy scheme.
