Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of commercial dairy cows. A larger show of milkers attracted good prices from an active ringside of buyers, topping the sale at £2200 for a Friesian heifer from Firm of Harvey of Drum Farm, Dumfries.

The Riddings herd owned by I & P Ellithorn, Riddings Farm, Moat, Longtown was dispersed at Borderway Carlisle. The Ellithorn family had wonderful support from a large crowd of buyers, friends and neighbours.
