A topic is a keyword or term associated with an article, video or image. The topic describes the item and lets you find all the stories, videos or photos associated with it.

For example an article about Newcastle United could include the tags "Mike Ashley" and "Derek Llambias". Clicking on the tag "Mike Ashley" (next to the article) will bring up all the times we've used that topic on the website.
